10 millions pounds of "trash"

We are so proud that the Fairbanks Rescue Mission's Recycling Center has kept over 10 million pounds of material OUT of the landfill since 2009! We opened our Recycling Center on Labor Day, 2009, and what a blessing it has been for our residents to find a way to learn new skills such as operating a forklift.
