FRM is a nonprofit, Christian organization that serves homeless and poor men, women, and children of the Interior Alaska. Fairbanks Rescue Mission is currently seeking to fill the following positions:
Job Title: Kitchen Manager Supervisor: Assistant Director/Executive Director
General Responsibilities: The Kitchen Manager is responsible for operation of the Mission kitchen facilities to include preparation of three meals daily. The Kitchen Manager is responsible for all kitchen activities to include menu planning, meal preparation, inventory reporting, kitchen and dining room sanitization, organization of food storage areas, and maintenance of kitchen and butcher shop equipment.
