Mission Employees:

Rodney Gaskins, Executive Director: Twenty years in military leadership.
Bronze Star recipient and disabled veteran. A state champion boxer, he loves to fight for a cause.

Austin Brown, Operations Manager: On staff over eight years, his dedication is phenomenal! No matter what the question, "Ask Austin" is the answer most often overheard.

Jeff Wilt, Men's Shelter Coordinator: A local pastor, Jeff loves being at the Mission. He brings 20 years experience with the military and is a Navy veteran. Jeff says he loves a "Godly Challenge".

Michelle Harpole, Office Manager/Volunteeer Coordinator: Has "plenty" of office experience, including 7 years as the Casework Manager at Love, INC and 5 years of secretarial/administrative experience at Door of Hope Church. She is delighted to be a part of the work/fun/ministry at the Mission.

Rev. David Phillips, Men's Chaplain: Says that he's just an ordinary man, but we know better. He brings 20 years experience with the military and is retired Air Force. He thoroughly enjoys being married to his lovely wife, the Rev. Helen Phillips, for 48 glorious years. He loves being at the Mission and also working with prison and children's ministries.

Rebecca Miller, Women's Shelter Coordinator: Life experience, a compassionate heart, and a terrific sense of humor make Becky the perfect choice to be an advocate/disciplinarian/manager/problem solver/shoulder to cry on/etc./etc./etc.

Glenda Lee, Women's Chaplain: When the need for a Women's Chaplain appeared, we didn't have to look far. Glenda started doing chapel services here at the Mission over a year ago. Her face would light up as she walked through the door to, "break the bread of life with the women." She is very dependable and has a heart to not only serve God, but His people as well.

Kerry Turnbow, F.A.I.T.H. Program Manager:

Manuela, Kitchen Manager: intro pending...

Caleb Pomeroy, Secretary: Caleb brings to the Mission a lifetime of experience with policy boards across the state. He embodies the ideals of servant-leadership.

Jo McBride: Jo has more grandchildren than we can count. She’s joined us from Delta Junction, and has single-handedly doubled the board’s musical talent force.

Dr. Jacob Joseph: Jacob is a professor at UAF in the school of Management. His PhD and wide experience in management are a huge asset to our organization.

Heather Rauenhorst: Heather has an MBA and works as an evaluator and analyst for the school district. She attends St. Raphael Catholic Church.
